Scope of works

Localised repairs to a pitched slate roof at approximately 8 metres, including replacement of damaged slates, leadwork repairs and gutter clearance from a scaffold with edge protection.

Risk assessment

Each hazard is rated on a 5×5 matrix, likelihood × severity, before and after the control measures: 1–6 is low, 8–12 medium and 15–25 high. These are the rows RAMS Pal generates for these hazards, highest initial risk first, and every one is edited to fit the actual job before the document is issued.
